Live practice, rolled out across your whole school
Give every teacher the full ClassKite toolkit, manage seats and teachers from one admin console, and keep billing simple with per-15-seat plans.
The challenges schools tell us about
Prep and marking eat teacher time
Teachers spend hours building practice and marking by hand — time they'd rather spend teaching.
Learning is invisible mid-lesson
Without live visibility it's hard to know who understood until the work comes back — too late to act.
Tools are scattered
PDFs here, quizzes there, marks in a spreadsheet — nothing joins up across a department.
Leaders need evidence — safely
Heads need consistency and proof of progress, with student data handled responsibly.
Built for the whole school, not just one classroom
Manage your whole school in one place
Invite teachers, manage seats, and organise classes from a single admin console. Add or remove teachers as your team changes — seats adjust with you.
Every teacher gets the full toolkit
Each covered teacher gets ClassKite Plus: AI question generation, question-bank import/export, large PDF uploads, and the premium annotator with continuous scroll and pressure ink.
See learning as it happens
The live student grid shows every student's progress in real time during practice, with reports, a sessions log, and score trends so teachers can close gaps fast.
Simple per-15-seat billing
Pay in blocks of 15 seats — monthly or annually, with an annual discount. One invoice for the school; admins control how many seats are active.

School plan FAQ
How does per-15-seat billing work?
Schools are billed in blocks of 15 seats — the listed price covers up to 15 seats, and the seat count rounds up to whole blocks (16–30 seats = 2 blocks, and so on). Each covered teacher gets the full feature set; admins add or remove seats as the team changes.
How do payment, invoicing and cancellation work?
Schools pay by card or PayPal (handled securely through PayPal) — monthly or annually — on a single invoice for the school rather than per teacher. Admins manage everything from the billing console: add or remove seats, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel. For specific procurement needs, get in touch.
Who can see student data?
Teachers see the students in their own classes. School admins manage teachers, classes, and seats but the product is built around classroom roles — see our Privacy Policy for how data is handled and stored.
Can we start small and grow?
Yes. The minimum is one 15-seat block, and you can add seats as more teachers join. Annual billing is discounted versus monthly.
What do teachers get on the school plan?
Everything in Teacher Plus for every covered teacher: AI question generation, question-bank import and export, large PDF uploads, the premium annotator (continuous scroll and pressure ink), reports, the live student grid, the sessions log, and score trends.
Can ClassKite import our rosters?
Yes. School admins can bulk-import teachers, classes and student rosters from Excel templates in the admin console — no manual one-by-one setup.
Does it work on smart boards and tablets?
Yes. ClassKite runs in the browser, so it works on classroom smart boards, laptops and tablets with nothing to install.
Can leaders see progress reports?
Teachers get per-session and per-student reports plus the live student grid; the admin dashboard gives a school-wide activity overview across classes. ClassKite shows real classroom data, not invented metrics.
How is student data protected?
ClassKite runs on EU infrastructure, doesn't sell personal information, encrypts data in transit, and uses role-based access. See the Trust & security page and Privacy Policy for the full detail.
How does a school pilot work?
Start with one 15-seat block, invite a few teachers, and run live practice in real lessons. Add seats as adoption grows. Contact us to talk through a pilot for your school.
